I don't see my sport listed, can I still use Event Manager?
Our solution is tailored to meet the needs of specific sports. Contact us to see when your sport will be released. In the meantime, you can use the general registration module and it will most likely handle your basic registration needs.

We've used other systems in the past, why should we change?
Event Manager offers more features for less. Most online registration websites are little more than glorified cash registers that take a high percentage of your entry fees. You can set up an account for free to see the difference for yourself.

We want to customize our event website but do not have a designer. Can you help us?
It's easy to customize your website by choosing from a predefined theme for your sport and changing the navigation color with just a click. Additionally, a single uploaded graphic is all it takes to really customize and brand your website.

After I set up my account, can I grant other people access to help me manage the event?
Yes. Event Manager allows you to invite other club admin users and grant them permissions. For example you may want to grant someone access to manage the web content but not edit any event specifics. OR you may want to grant a photographer access to upload photos, but not access the rest of the system. Access can also be granted on an event by event basis so a volunteer for one event can not access details from another.

Can I install this on my own server?
We ony offer a SAAS solution (Software As A Service). We host and maintain everything so you don't have to.

Can you help me set up my first event?
We provide you with quick start guides, video tutorials, blogs, etc. to help you get started. Event Manager is simple to use and you can test your own registration event website over and over again. For more complex events, one of our in-house event management experts can help you at no additional cost.

How much time is saved by migrating from paper-based entries to online entries?
On average, you can expect a reduction of about 40% in the time allocated to manage entries.

We run a series of weekly events, can Event Manager handle this type of event?
Absolutely. The flexibility of the system allows you to accomplish this in multiple ways. You can set up one event and have registrants choose the week or weeks they want to participate during signup. You could create a single event and then "clone" it for each week and simply change the dates. Finally, you could set up each week as it's own division within an event and users could choose which division they wanted to particpate.

Can I manage other events or just my club's sporting events?

Yes. In addition to managing your competitive sporting events, you can also use Event Manager for to accept online registrations for training seminars, camps, social events, etc.

Yes. You can export detailed reports as well as set up a budget for your event and compare against the actuals in realtime.

I've heard that I can run a Youth or Charity event at no cost. Is this true?
