Compete-At's highest priority is the success of your event. However, the Compete-At site occasionally experiences outages during which the club administration and entry system are not available. When outages occur that are at least one hour in duration, Compete-At offers this Outage Policy to compensate for member inconvenience.
Unscheduled outage of before the event
In the event of a hard outage of two hours or more, Compete-At reduces their percentage commission above the credit card processing expense by 5%.
Unscheduled outage of more than one but less than two hours during the event
In the event of an outage of two hours or more, Compete-At reduces their percentage commission above the credit card processing expense by 25%.
Unscheduled outage of two hours or more during the event
In the event of an outage of two hours or more, Compete-At reduces their percentage commission above the credit card processing expense by 50% .
